Roaring Fork Roller Skate, launched in Glenwood Springs 2021, hosted its roller derby scrimmage on Tuesday evening, inviting community members to cheer on their friends and learn more about the sport. On top of flexing their competitive spirits, their animated practices are a testament that the sport is still alive and thriving in the valley.

With members showcasing a variety of ages (8-40) and experience levels, the roller derby proves that “people can skate for fun, too.”
