Ecstatic Dance

What: In a dance guided by Alya Howe and DJ ChaiBaba, move however you wish — there are no steps to follow, no instructor to compare yourself to and no mirrors to watch yourself in. Let your body move you. Dance with one eye inward and one eye outward.

Guidelines to Consider:

  • Bring clothes you can sweat and move in
  • Bring a water bottle
  • Be mindful of your boundaries and the space of other dancers for personal safety
  • Refrain from scents
  • Abstain from intoxicating substances – let the movement, music and energy take you there.

The driveway can be hard to see, the last entrance on the left just after the ranch. Please park at the parking lot on the right by the dumpster and walk to the Heart Barn following the pathway around to the left.

For any questions, email alyahowe@me.com or call 970-309-2582.

When: 6-8 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 19.
